I am very excited to see construction officially begin at what will become our new headquarters at 477 Main Street in downtown Buffalo. It may not look like much yet, but it will soon enough.

The building has sat vacant on Main Street for more than a decade. Our owner, Tod Martin’s, commitment to downtown Buffalo, and in particular the revitalization of Main Street, initially drew our interest to it more than three years ago. Now, the time is right for us to move forward with our plans to bring this long-dormant structure back to life.

Our tireless architects at Carmina Wood Morris have been helping navigate through the maze of items that need to be completed before the first sledgehammer is swung.

We chose a bank (before a bank could choose us) that we are very familiar with to finance this project. Our client, and friends, at Evans Bank have been very helpful, and we look forward to working with them through this project.

Lamparelli Construction has been hired to do the actual swinging of said sledgehammer.

As you can imagine, there’s lots to do. So, enough talk already. Let’s get swinging.
